These people saved our bacon. We were looking to go hiking on the north shore and we knew the areas around the water falls was going to be icy. I already had my cleats for my boots but my wife did not. These folks were able to get us all situated and pointed in the right direction. Love them.
This is the only place on the northshore to find all your hunting and fishing items. Cindy and Mike know there stuff and will hep you out with the one thing you forgot to bring from home or instructions on how to enjoy the great northshore.
Mike from Beaver Bay sports shop is an absolutely gentleman. He gave us lots of great suggestions of places to visit on the north shore of Lake Superior, while we were on our honeymoon, and when it came time to renting an ATV off him, he was very generous with the rental time. He gave us 2.5hrs for the rate of 2 and was very informative about the ATV trails in the area. His ATV we rented was a 450 CanAm 2 up and was very well maintained.
The owner and others were very helpful in fixing our snowmobile. We had a nut fall off of a control arm, and without it we couldn't ride anymore. They kept looking until they found one, and even installed it for us! Very impressed with their service and will go back to hopefully buy something bigger next time. Thank you so much!
