Saturday Rib Special - possibly the most tender ribs that I've ever had. The meat fell off of the bone with the slightest touch. Absolutely delicious, and I'm from Texas where BBQ is king. Well done Camp 61!

I've been coming up to Beaver Bay / Silver Bay area for over 30 years to dive the shipwrecks along the north shore. When I started coming up it was called the Beaver Bay Inn. A great place to stay with my friends and family. Recently it was sold and purchased by another great family and the name was changed to Camp 61. It's still the great place to stay and eat that is was back when I started coming up to Beaver Bay to dive. The food is super and the staff is very friendly. I even come up to snowmobile. I stay at Camp 61 as a loyal customer / client.

We ordered what we were expecting would be average simple sandwiches and were totally disappointed. We ended up with a wet, soggy Rueben and a garlic beef sandwich that was inspired by cat food. The manager refuses to comp or even discount the beef sandwich that was inedible, and refused to even get off their ass to speak with us. No wonder we were one of 3 tables there. Nice job hiding behind your wait staff. Don't waste your money or time.

After a decent day at a nearby state park, I decided that a stop would best suit my belly for the long ride back to our destination. I am a sucker for a decent sandwich, and anything Cuban always hits the spot. Camp 61 delivered above and beyond with their 'Cubas Favorite Sandwich'.

Very rustic and homey. Restaurant and bar. Closed at 8pm. Good food and drinks. Great staff. Loved the lobby. Our bedroom was upstairs with no view but we only stayed to sleep

The Fries were an added bonus to the mound of pulled pork, pickles and mustard and Swiss cheese. The ribs looked no less than fantastic and I'm sure are sure to please. If you are needing a good meal....this place is sure to please!
